Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped garlic scapes, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ cup diced scallions
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp tahini or sunflower seed butter
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until fully smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Garnish with chopped chives or chive flowers and enjoy with chips, bread or crudité. Use it as a spread in a sandwich or add a smear to your favourite grain bowl.
