Fresh Green Ranch
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped garlic scapes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ cup diced scallions
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp tahini or sunflower seed butter
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until fully smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped chives or chive flowers and enjoy with chips, bread or crudité. Use it as a spread in a sandwich or add a smear to your favourite grain bowl.
